The Season For Love
 What is the best season for love? Is there any one season that seems better than another? Is it easier to find a lover when the weather is warm, or when the weather turns cold?
Can knowing what the best season for love is help you find the love of your life or the hot fling you have been looking for? Maybe it can, maybe it can't. But there are some things that seem to make each season attractive for love.
For instance, summer love is the love that we all hear about. Movies have been made about it, song lyrics romanticize it.
What is it about summer that makes it such a perfect time to find someone to have a relationship with? Why is it so easy to find that summer love? Perhaps it is because the weather is hot, and people are restless to find some way to distract themselves.
Or maybe it is because women wear such skimpy clothes in the summer that leave little to the imagination and rev up a man's sex drive. Maybe it is because summer is associated with vacations. We associate vacations with relaxing, pleasure and enjoying ourselves. Schedules seem to be relaxed in the summer, and we have more time on our hands to spend with others.
Nights seem made for late night activities and finding interesting ways to stay cool. Yes, summer is a time that is made for outdoor fun and living the carefree life which is very conducive to finding love. However, we need to consider autumn, as well. Autumn is a season of change.
We put away the relaxed ways of summer and buckle down to a new school year, busier times at our jobs, and with the hints that winter is coming, fall tends to be a time when we are more serious than we have been all summer. Summer romances either blossom into something bigger and better, or they fade away as great memories.
Love in autumn can be difficult, because we want more than we did during the fun summer months. Autumn is a time when many people commit to a relationship. Autumn is a time when we can find ourselves being as ambivalent about our romance as the weather, which goes from cool mornings to warm days to cooler nights. Autumn love is changeable.
Then winter arrives, and we find ourselves wanting to snuggle up together against the cold. Winter can also be a good time to find love. The holidays put people in a good mood, and no one wants to be alone during this festive time of year. Clothes may be bulky, but men find themselves wondering what attractive women wear under them.
Couples engage in hot, quick sessions of vibrant sex under the guise of keeping warm. Winter can be a time to find a romance for the season or something more lasting. Lastly comes spring, the eternal season of new things. While the world is warming up and becoming new, relationships can do the same thing.
Love can bloom along with the new flowers in the gardens and window boxes. Perhaps it is because we find ourselves ready to try again to find the one that will be "the one." Or, perhaps it is because we know that carefree summer is just around the corner.
